Hello lovely bloggers, I thought we had reached spring given the nice sunshine we have had recently but this morning I wasn’t so sure, it was grey and cold, not a bit of sun in sight (here in Liverpool anyway!) 😦
So my card today has a Spring feel (I hope) which is the theme over at the Clearly Besotted blog for this months challenge.
My inspiration came from a card I saw on Pinterest, so I can’t take the credit for it really but I’m not quite sure about the yellow ribbon!? Perhaps a green one would have been better.
Hope you all have a lovely Easter break and don’t eat too much chocolate (if that’s even possible!)
Hugs Vicki x
Card stock, border punch and background stamp – Stampin’Up!
Leaf, flower, sentiment stamp & flower die – CBS
I’m cutting it a bit fine I think with this months colour challenge over at the Clearly Besotted blog but I finally managed to make a card, woohoo!
I always seem to struggle with a colour challenge, I never know which colour to use where and this card was no different but I got there in the end 😉
Have a lovely weekend peeps,

supplies used – CBS – leafy accents & matching die, fancy florals & matching die, in the frame & matching die – Stampin’up! – certainly celery, bashful blue ink pads. Grey pearls & red card from stash.
Well it seems I’m not doing so well with this regular blogging, haven’t managed it yet! Last week I had a catch up with one of my crafty friends Keren, didn’t get much crafting done though, more chatting I think but I did manage to make a card as well.
Yes another Christmas card, that makes two, think I’m on a roll…lol
Now Keren is a very inspirational person and can turn her hand to anything not just crafting and so on that note I must share with you this amazing set of stamps that she designed and had produced.
And this is a ‘thank you’ card I made using them. Now I’m not sure just how many of these Keren had made but I know she did have some sets left to sell, you can check out her blog here.
Well time for bed but thank you for stopping by, I am grateful 😉

And that I am with crafting (clearly besotted that is!) Today we had a little trip out to one of the local farms to buy some pumpkins for Halloween,( I hope they’re still ok by then) they had absolutely tonnes of the things in every shape and size. As tempting as it was we settled for two and then went into the farm shop and bought our fruit and veg for the week. I can’t say that it’s any cheaper than the supermarkets but it keeps the farmers going, so it has to be better 🙂
Anyway over at Clearly Besotted the theme for the challenge is Autumn colours and as luck would have it my new die arrived just in time for me to take part, so this is what I managed to come up with.
Hope you like it and thank you for visiting me 🙂
