I was going to say good morning but looking at the time I’m a bit late for that….lol so good afternoon and thanks if you visit my blog I really do appreciate it!
Today I just have some more cards I’ve been making for the hospice, yes I’m still going and still using the freebies from my magazine.
I think there is probably only so many ‘FF’ cards you can make, so I thought I might carry on using the free papers but may be change the image (I’m getting a bit bored!) I’m so hoping to squeeze a bit of crafting in this week, I’m actually having withdrawal symptoms :0
Enjoy your week!
Hello lovely bloggers 🙂 A very quick post today, it’s my birthday and the hubby and I are off out later so just making sure everything is in order but just wanted to show you my latest creation that I am sooooo proud of (mainly because it actually turned out ok!)
I’m delighted with it! 🙂 Thanks for stopping by and have a lovely weekend!
For those that have read my previous posts you’ll know I’m making these cards using a free gift from one of my mags. and donating them to my local hospital for there hospice (yes I’m still going!) Just a few more to add to the collection.
I don’t want to overload this post with pics so I’ll just show 3 today and save the others for another time.
Well another day bites the dust, these summer hols seem to be flying by and before I know it, it will be back to work – still, not so bad I only work 3 days a week (bliss!)
Thank you all who take the time to visit my blog, I really do appreciate it.
Good morning everyone and what a lovely one it is here again in Liverpool, it’s just nice at the moment I don’t like it when it gets too hot (not a sun lover!)
So I treated myself to a new CD rom from Katy Sue ,(I do like her CD’s) and I really did ‘need’ it (as you do!) This is the little treat I’ve been having a play with;
I love the brayed effect but I’m not that good at it so it’s handy to be able to just print off the background and stamp onto it yourself but there are ready stamped images on here too. I love the silhouette images of the fairies, they remind me of ‘Lavinia’ stamps (and I do love her work!)
And this is my master piece (not!)
I’ve printed the background and put a little bit of stamping at the bottom and the topper is pre-printed and backed onto a scalloped circle, I then just glittered her up and put some glossy accents on her wings.
Thanks for stopping by and have a lovely weekend 🙂
Sorry I haven’t been around for awhile but we’ve been away on holiday and didn’t have much time to blog but on the plus side I did manage to get a bit of crafting done, just haven’t yet photographed them (no surprise there then!)
So instead of posting no card at all, I thought I would reminisce with a couple of oldies which I absolutely adore!
Both of these cards were special orders, they took a bit of time but look amazing when finished. It’s not very often my Cricut machine sees the light of day lately but I still love it and wish I had a craft room so I could leave it out permanently (I wish, she sigh’s)
I’ve had a lovely week away with the hubby and our boys but always nice to come home and if I’m honest I did miss the internet (wink).
Enjoy the rest of the week whatever you are doing!
